What is cold mounting film?

The cold lamination film can make the photo image highly anti-corrosion and anti-ultraviolet erosion. It will last forever, never fade, never yellow, and can increase a strong three-dimensional effect and produce unexpected effects. It can be widely used in wedding photos, oil painting production, calligraphy and painting, outdoor posters, advertisements, various pictures, documents, materials...etc. Now we can provide more than 20 models, various patterns, light/matte surface and laser series and other products. Applied to large-scale advertising, architectural decoration renderings, background decoration, etc., the peritoneum protection effect is better when using cold lamination film. At present, the largest amount of advertising is glossy film and matte film.

The difference between cold lamination film, thermal lamination film and plastic film

Cold laminating film is similar to scotch tape. The film is attached to a relatively smooth paper base, which can be peeled off and pasted on the photo with a machine, and there are various sizes and specifications.
Cold lamination film is made of PVC, OPP, CPP, PET and other substrates through adhesive processing. According to the texture of the film surface, it can be divided into glossy film, matte film and protective film with special texture. It is widely used in advertising production. Glossy and matte films. The cold lamination film is laminated on the photo printing screen with a cold laminator and other equipment to prevent the screen (printing surface) from being scratched, polluted or wet, and to protect the screen. No heating is required, and the film can be directly coated on the surface of the printed trademark. The construction is simple and the production efficiency is high.

Hot-mounted film is a new technology in inkjet printing, photo-shooting, photo album production and office culture plastic packaging preservation. Compared with cold-mounted film,  hot-mounted film has the advantages of low cost, no fading after mounting. However, heating is required for lamination. In order to ensure the effect of heating and lamination, the speed is often not too fast. The overall efficiency is lower than that of cold lamination film, and there are certain requirements for equipment.

Plastic sealing film: two translucent clinker pieces, which can become transparent after being heated and over-pressurized. Generally, they are not very big, and the largest one seems to be A4.
Plastic film: It is two translucent clinker sheets, which can become transparent after heating and over-pressure. Due to limited use, the size is generally not very large.
Plastic sealing film (card protection film) Plastic sealing film, also known as lamination film, card protection film, and shell protection film, is made of PET film as the base material, coated with dry glue, and then specially processed. It is the supporting material of the plastic sealing machine, which can be used for plastic sealing of photos, documents, etc.; the products after plastic sealing can be preserved forever.

Ningbo Label New Material Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Zhejiang RICH Group. RICH Group was established in 2004 and has been focusing on new material and polymer adhesives research & development and production.

The automation of the production process enables our monthly production capacity to reach 300 million square meters. Various properties and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements to meet the individual needs of users to the greatest extent, over-lamination film, cold mounting film, ordinary packaging tape, ultra-clear packaging tape, high temperature resistant PET tape, water filtration protection tape, special tape and other products, all products meet REACH, ROSH, national environmental protection and VOC content standards.
